Exercise Bike: 30 minutes, twice a day.

Main Tasks to Get Done

Exercise: Stretch, weights, bike.

Write: 2 hours.

Read: 2 hours.


Diet

No snacks.

Fast between meals.

Take pills at breakfast.

Eat 3 meals a day, under 2,000 calories total.

Drink 1 big cup of bullet proof coffee.

Drink 1 big cup of green tea.

Drink plain purified water most of the time.

Drink diluted apple cider vinegar in water.

Drink a dash of cayenne powder in water.


Writing Motivation

1) Set a deadline, post it on social media and tell someone; write it on a calendar. Make it a goal to write a certain amount of hours daily, and let someone know.

2) Do writing sessions after you start your computer timer for 2 hours. You may research, edit, revise, draft, outline, plot, draw pictures, draw maps, and write/type in this time on your computer. Only pause your timer when you need to get off the chair, or get off topic. Get everything you'll need ahead of time.
